# Where to find Contact Information

You can **access contact information** directly **from the Inbox** or from the **Contacts window** on the left sidebar.

1. In the Contacts Window
   1. Click on the contact number you want to learn more about to open a window with more contact details.

2. From **Inbox**
   1. Select the conversation of the contact whose information you want to review.
   2. In the right sidebar, you will find the information by clicking on **Contact**. In this section, you can see relevant information such as contact tags, assigned agents, and notes.
