# Where to find Contact Information

To find contact information in Hilos, follow these steps:

  <Step title="Open Inbox">
    Open the Inbox window.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a Conversation">
    Select the conversation of the contact whose information you want to review.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Contact in the Sidebar">
    In the right sidebar, you will find the information by clicking on **Contact**. In this section, you can see relevant information such as contact tags, assigned agents, and notes.
