# Where to find Conversation Information

To find conversation information in Hilos, follow these steps:

  <Step title="Open Inbox">
    Go to Inbox.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a Conversation">
    Select the conversation you want to review.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Conversation in the Sidebar">
    In the right sidebar, you will find the information by clicking on **Conversation**. In this section, you can see relevant information such as tags and assigned contacts/teams.
  </Step>

You can also find previous information by clicking on **Past Conversations** and expanding the section.
