# Introduction

## What is Hilos?

Hilos is a platform designed to automate and scale your WhatsApp conversations using WhatsApp's Cloud API. Tailored for businesses that manage a high volume of repetitive manual messages, Hilos streamlines communication and enhances efficiency. The platform's key features include:
