Now that you’ve successfully set up your Hilos account, it’s time to onboard your team! Inviting your team members to Hilos will allow you to collaborate seamlessly and manage your WhatsApp communications more efficiently. Navigate to Users & Permissions
- Go to Settings > Users & Permissions in your Hilos dashboard.

Invite New Team Members
- Add users on the “Invite Team Members” section located at the top of the page.

Enter Team Member Details
- Input the email addresses of the team members you want to invite as well as their role (Agent or admin). You can add multiple email addresses by clicking the Add more + button.
If you’re on the Scale plan you can create custom roles with custom permissions for your team members.
Managing Team Members
After inviting your team, you can manage their access and permissions anytime:- Update Permissions: Modify permissions for each team member as needed.
- Remove Team Members: If a team member leaves your organization, remove them to ensure secure access to your Hilos account.
Tips for Successfully Onboarding Your Team
- Provide Training: Offer training sessions or share our documentation to help team members get acquainted with Hilos features.
