You can create as many views as you need. To do so, follow these steps:

Go to Inbox

In the conversation bar, select the option below “search” with the selected views.

Click on create view

Create a new view

Add details like name and description

Add custom details related to your team’s processes to make it easier to identify the views.

Apply filters

Select the filters (conditions) for the conversations you want to display in this view.

Save your view

Save the changes
