View Hilos' activity on HubSpot

Once you’ve activated the HubSpot integration on Hilos you’ll be able to see conversation activity with your contacts inside the HubSpot contact record. To do so however you need to activate it on the contact record options. Take into account that this change is for your HubSpot user only, if you want everyone to see this change ask them to follow this guide as well to activate it on their user as well.

1. Open a contact record

   Go to your HubSpot account and open a contact record.

2. Activate Hilos on Contact activity

   Go into the contact activity section and click on the “Filter by” button and turn on the Hilos integration on the last column.

3. All set

   Everything is ready! now you will be able to see all the conversation activity with this contact from Hilos on HubSpot, you can click on the View here or View conversation to go to Hilos to see the full conversation.
