By default Broadcasts and Flows are only sent to conversations that are in the

Resolved | Only for those that have C-SAT survey activated, after an agent marks the conversation as closed the C-SAT survey will be sent and the status Resolved will be shown. After the user answers the C-SAT or after a certain amount of time, the conversation will be then marked as closed |
In a flow | The user is currently inside a flow execution. |
Closed the conversation tags added to it will be locked and can no longer be removed. The conversation will be moved to conversation history. You can also archive the conversation automatically if you set the option under the inbox settings.
Try archiving conversations after closing them. This will help you keep your inbox clean and organized. You can use this to filter your conversations later on using filters to hide this conversations.
