Where to find Conversation Information

To find conversation information in Hilos, follow these steps:

1. Open Inbox

   Go to Inbox.

2. Select a Conversation

   Select the conversation you want to review.

3. Select Conversation in the Sidebar

   In the right sidebar, you will find the information by clicking on Conversation. In this section, you can see relevant information such as tags and assigned contacts/teams.

You can also find previous information by clicking on Past Conversations and expanding the section.
